This deal will provide us with the scale we need to maintain the pace we have set as an innovator and leader within the Mobility as a Service space. Acquiring the Momentum brand also demonstrates our commitment to becoming the market leader for group transport - achieving our ambition to help passengers to share their journeys. Finally, this complements the recent growth we have enjoyed in our technology-led Home to School solution business, which successfully moves 5,000 pupils every day to and from schools across the UK.”

Momentum’s Founder, Andrew Riley: “I built Momentum from the ground up, and this is an exciting time for all concerned. The way people travel will change fundamentally in the next few years, so this deal makes sense for our customers, suppliers and staff as together we will be stronger and better placed to provide the solutions customers need.”
