Required so that we can provide you with a pick-up and drop-off stop convenient to your child's home.
If your child requires a different dropping off or picking up point, please indicate below including days of the week, morning or afternoon and the postcode for the additional address
  • Current Bookings will reset in July for this academic year. All parents are required to re-book for the following academic year. Routes are subject to change based on demand.
  • The service is scheduled to arrive at school for 7:50 am on Monday to Saturday, and will depart school at 7:00 pm on Monday to Friday. 
  • The booking will be for a minimum of one full term regardless of option chosen.
  • Serviced routes will run in both directions from Monday to Friday and to school only on Saturdays.  Due to the variability of sports finish times on Saturdays there will be no homebound trip on that day.
  • A full term’s notice is required by parents to cancel the service or reduce the option originally selected.
  • The term’s serviced route fees will be displayed on our website in advance and charged termly in arrears as an extra.
  • The School reserves the right to cancel any serviced route with reasonable notice (a term’s notice is deemed sufficient) if the route becomes unviable or numbers fall below certain levels.
  • We cannot guarantee that a serviced route will be run, as this will depend on actual demand per route.
  • Transport will run as above in term time with the exception of the following dates when the homebound transport will depart the school at 12:30 pm: 14 Feb, 13 Mar, 7 May.  These dates are the days when Exeat weekends start.
