Improving The Flexibility Of Our Booking Policy

We would like to reassure you that we are very much still open for business. However, in recognition of the current Covid-19 situation, we appreciate that some customers may wish to change travel plans, so have made some changes to our terms and conditions to allow you to continue to book with confidence.

Update Following Latest Government Advice, for booking amendments from March 24th 2020

Due to the latest government advice, we are adding further flexibility to our terms of booking: Any journeys due to travel up until 30th April 2020 can now be rebooked for a different date free of charge. As we're aware the current climate is uncertain, once you have postponed your booking simply get in touch with us again during the next 6 months and rebook your journey.

New Bookings

From today until 30th April 2020:

Only a 25% deposit is required to secure a booking with the final balance due 14 days before departure. 

Booking Postponement

 Notification of postponement more than 5 days ahead of travel date

If you notify us more than 5 days prior to travel, you will unfortunately not receive a refund of your 25% deposit, but any additional payment made will be held on account for you to use against another booking with us within a 3-month period;

You must book a new date within a 3-month period (not travel within this period).

 Notification of postponement within 5 days of travel date

If you notify us within 5 days of travel, you will unfortunately not receive a refund of your 25% deposit, and we will negotiate with the operator on your behalf to reclaim as much as possible of any further payment you have made. This will be held on account for you to use against another booking with us within a 3-month period;

You must book a new travel date within a 3-month period (not travel within this period).

We are also happy to provisionally hold vehicles until further confirmation on budgets, number of passengers, itineraries and sign off.
