Leaving times?
Giving attendees the chance to mingle and discuss aspects of the conference after the event is of obvious benefit, but how should you handle differing requirements for return transport?
If you’re planning on offering drinks or refreshments after your conference then consider staggered leaving slots. Smaller vehicles such as 15 seat minibuses or midi coaches booked for half hour departure slots mean you can offer your guests the flexibility to stay or leave as they please.
