Royal Ascot is a 5-day event starting on Tuesday and finishing on the Saturday. The main races at this event being the Gold Cup, Diamond Jubilee and Commonwealth Cup.

Race Times
- First race is at 14:30pm, finishes at 17:35pm. The event happens in June.

Enclosures
- Feedback from attendees has shown that the Village Enclosure is the best enclosure for the music and socialising with friends. If you are a keen racegoer then the Queen Anne Enclosure is the preferred enclosure as it has an excellent viewing area.

Coach & Minibus Travel
- The coach enables you to have a comfortable experience compared to a busy train where you could be forced to stand.
- Traveling by private minibus or coach means a comfortable, relaxing journey with no waits at the platform or crushed standing-room-only trains.
- You can stay until the end of the racing without worrying about queues.
- Drops you outside the racecourse compared to a 10-minute walk to a busy train station.

Dress Code
- The dress code for the racecourse is smart casual (no ripped jeans, football shirts allowed)

Train Stations
- The train station is a 7-minute walk from the track with frequent trains running to London Waterloo and Reading being put on. It is important to leave the track a bit early because of the queuing otherwise the queues can last up to 45 minutes.

Food and Drink
- There are a range of food and beverage stalls located around the racecourse to fulfil the needs of racegoers. Within the concourse, there is a range of bars.

Parking
- Prices for parking at Royal Ascot are at a premium rate with prices at £35 in advance and £40 on the day. Minibuses cost £90 to park.
